First time using an ESim. The ESim worked seamlessly in Hawaii, however the onboarding process was not simple as you have to use the camera on your phone to take a photo of the QR Code which is on your phone when you arrive in the country you want to use the ESim!!! There has to be an easier way to do this. Plus I did not get the phone number before I left Australia and the hotel shuttle booking required a phone number. Would not use this company again.
