The data supply has been good but the ‘unlimited calls’ via 3 is a problem. After making two essential calls, I was required to top up my account in order to make further calls (which were meant to be unlimited). I could find no number on which to contact 3 to determine the problem so had to email them. Their email response more than 24 hours later gave me a number to call. When I discussed the problem with them, they said they weren’t able to fix anything until I used up the extra money I added to the account to make phone calls!! I probably won’t use this Travel SIM again.
