This is my second King Sim purchase. My first experience was February 2020. For starters, I’m a sucker for good... packaging, and you don’t get much better than this gold embossed colourful cover. Inside, you get your sim which you can punch out to make any size to fit your phone plus you get a stick pin to open the sim cover in your phone. Just before landing at my destination, pop jn your travel sim, turn your phone on once you’ve landed and BINGO…you’re connected! You don’t have to do anything more!! Initially I had to reach out to ask if my Sim had been posted. No one had responded to my email asking the whereabouts... of the Sim and there is no contact number, so I opted to chat in. I was told that they were waiting on a restock before it could be shipped. No email to me to advise this. I said they were going to miss the cut off for the shipping listed on the website and I was reassured it would be mailed the next day and I would receive a tracking number. Well, I didn't get a tracking number the next day so I contacted them again.With the delayed shipping that wasn't mentioned on the website nor via email, I was told my Sim would come once other people travelling sooner than myself would have their orders fulfilled first. That was a bit frustrating given I was also travelling close to my order date, so maybe I could have ordered earlier, but that shouldn't have mattered given their shipping times. The only reason I found this out was due to me contacting them.I was given a wrong tracking number and had to contact them again to verify as it said it was delivered to someone in a different state. Then it was rectified and I received the Sim a few days out from my travel date.I reached USA, the Sim didn't work at all. This was frustrating as my Optus service wasn't connecting in USA for me to activate roaming for the 1 day and wifi kept dropping out. This was hard for me to contact my friend to organise to be picked up. I contact king Sims once again even more frustrated. I got told to go to a T-mobile shop to buy a Sim and king Sims would refund me. In LAX they have no mobile Sim vendors as indicated by airport staff, so I said to the King Sims agent I wouldn't be able to get to a shop until the next day. I asked for a refund. King Sims offered to ship a Sim to me but it would take 2 days to arrive. So I agreed.Well it didn't take 2 days to arrive so I contacted them again. I demanded a refund because I found my whole overall experience quite poor from the start. I wouldn't recommend using this serviceread more

We purchased priority delivery which meant 1-2 days but good ol australia post made sure they stuffed that up! King of sims touched base to make sure they had arrived and assured us that if we didn’t have them in time our monies would be refunded . I ❤️ King Sims. I ordered 5 x sims when they had a 30% off sale for our family holiday to the USA. So they were great... value from the start. They arrived quickly in a cool little package with all the information needed to activate them on arrival as well as a pin to remove your existing sim. We changed them over while we were waiting for a connecting flight at LAX and immediately we were set to go. That easy.I bought a small roll of sticky tape and a permanent marker and stuck our Aussie sims to the SIM card card with each persons name on to keep track of them while holidaying. It’s been fantastic for our 18-25 year olds to have data the whole time and great peace of mind for us parents to be able to give them some freedom but still be able to contact them instantly. On my last trip to the US in September without a King Sim my daughter and I racked up $250 of extra phone bill in 24 hours. NEVER AGAIN now we know about King sims we will always plan ahead. We Would highly recommend King Sims and will definitely use again for any overseas travel. Peace of mind and money saving.read more
