A: A Travel SIM is a prepaid SIM card designed for use while traveling abroad. It allows you to access mobile data, make calls, and send texts without incurring high roaming charges from your home network. Simply insert the Travel SIM into your unlocked mobile device, and it will connect to local networks in the countries covered by the plan.
A: Our Turkey and Europe Travel SIMs come in 2 options and includes:
- A 16GB and 22GB version for our Turkey & Europe region.
- Unlimited calls and texts to Turkish, UK, and European phone numbers.
- A Spanish mobile number.

- Both are valid for 28 Days from the date of activation.
A: Yes, you need an unlocked mobile phone to use the Travel SIM. Locked phones will not work with SIM cards from other networks. In most cases, mobile phones now come unlocked by default from mobile networks. Please check with your Mobile network if your device is unlocked.
A: This SIM card is designed for phones and tablets. While it works in most tablets, Vodafone advises it's primarily a phone SIM. Use in tablets is at your own risk.
A: Never. With King Sims, our physical Travel Sims and eSIMs are all Pre-Paid. Meaning you only pay once off for the plan you need and that's it! No more surprise bill shocks

- 🤳 Enable Data Roaming Go to your phone settings and switch 'Data Roaming' to 'ON.'
- ⌛ Wait for Activation: You should receive welcome texts from Vodafone informing you of successful activation and a welcome message. 🎉

A: You can use the mobile hotspot feature to share your data with multiple devices. Simply enable the hotspot feature in your phone's settings.
Answer: You can top up more 4G data directly with us. Contact us and we will send you a custom order form to complete with a recharge service fee added to the order.

Answer: You should choose a physical King Sims Travel SIM for its ease of use, better value, and comprehensive features including a large data allowance, unlimited calls and texts, and the reliability of the Vodafone network.
Answer: The main disadvantage of using a physical SIM is that it requires you to physically swap out your existing SIM card, which may be inconvenient for some users. Additionally, if your phone does not have a SIM card slot (such as some newer models that only support eSIM), you will need to use an eSIM instead.
Answer: Yes, our physical SIMs are triple-cut, fitting all mobile devices. However, your device must be unlocked to use a different network's SIM card.
