A: Yes, you need an unlocked mobile phone to use the Travel SIM. Locked phones will not work with SIM cards from other networks. In most cases, mobile phones now come unlocked by default from mobile networks. Please check with your Mobile network if your device is unlocked.
A: This SIM card is designed as a Triple-Cut SIM. You can simply pop out the right size of SIM you need for your device.
A: The plan is valid for 30 days from activation. The SIM card expires 3 months after your bundle finishes if not recharged.
A: Yes, you can recharge the SIM with more 4G data directly with 2 Degrees mobile.
A: Never. With King Sims, our physical Travel Sims and eSIMs are all Pre-Paid. Meaning you only pay once off for the plan you need and that's it! No more surprise bill shocks

- 📞 Dial & Call 200: After you restart your phone, go to your keypad, dial and call the number (200)
- 🎉 Complete Activation: Your SIM should be active within 1-3 minutes. Restart your device again if service is not connected within 5 minutes.

Answer: No, the SIM can only be activated once you have landed in New Zealand. Please do not try and activate the SIM card or insert the SIM card into your device if you are not in New Zealand. Activation issues may occur.
