I actually purchased a physical sim prior to departing that was NEVER delivered. I've emailed you multiple times asking for a refund and no reply. Not impressed. The e-sim was not emailed within the hour as advertised, and I had to chase that up too. Very disappointed and would never recommend

This was my 2nd time using an eSIM so I know exactly how to activate an eSIM and switch from my primary line to my secondary eSIM line to get it working. This eSIM was great to use! I am a heavy data user and having this eSIM was extremely helpful navigating my way through europe. constantly using 4G data for maps, ubers, tik tok, insta it was great! i never felt like I was going over my data limit. It was sort of like having my original plan back home in OZ, i typically use around 30GB to 40gb every month and this was perfect in europe 5/5 stars will definitely use king sims again

This was my first time using an eSIM but I needed to get this one fromm King Sims because I'm a heavy data user and really need data. When I landed in Paris, I connected to Wi-Fi and scanned the QR code and followed the instructions king sims provided in the email, but I still couldn't get my 4G data working. I contacted King Sims on live chat and one of their team members got back to me straight away and advised that I needed to turn off my primary Australian line and keep my secondary (the eSIM) switched on and then turn on my data roaming, then to restart my iPhone After I did that, it was like MAGIC 😁 the eSIM started working!!! and I had 4G data the entire time I was in Europe. moving from country to country was easy, it automatically connected to the local network everytime I changed countries in europe Will definitely beb using king sims again in the future customer service is top notch and this eSIM saved me so much money fromm using roaming.
