AUReceived SIM card but did not use in phone as my friend who has used King Sims before was unable to use it on her phone. We both were not told that we could not use a sim in Argentina. When I applied for a SIM card I inserted Argentina into the requested area. I received a sim in the mail but cannot understand why I did when my friend contacted your company after her sim did not work to be told that it wouldn’t work in Argentina. Now I have an unused sim that I have paid for and which I cannot use. Why was I not informed via email that I could not use the sim in Argentina and why did you take my money for a card which could not be used in the country to which was being travelled. I wonder if I will get a response from this review via my email

When purchasing I listed the country it was needed for Argentina, and it was delivered. When arriving in Argentina I placed in the SIM card and it didn’t work, so I reached out to the team and was told too bad the Sim I bought doesn’t cover Argentina. When I was purchasing it asked what country and that’s what I typed and yet was sold a product that didn’t work, waste of money. I have bought from King Sims previously without an issue and was disappointed this time and with the communication from the customer service team.

Didn't work. We were in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru. In none of the countries did it gives us access to data. Have used other sim cards and esim card to many countries without problems but would not recommend this one.

Worked perfectly once I arrived in Brazil! Just swapped out my sim with this one and turned on data roaming and I was instantly connected! I was able to use my data to call and txt in South America using whatsapp and other apps.
