Website explanation and delivery of SIM was excellent. Unfortunately despite being based in Bangkok, Sukhumvit 24, the wifi signal was weak and dropped out multiple times. My last visit to Bangkok I used a pocket / portable wifi and the signal was very strong everywhere

After landing in Singapore and the sim was not working, I jumped onto the King sims website chat service and got an almost immediate response which rectified my issue after i restarted my phone. I then travelled to Bali. Sim worked well straight away, although suddenly sim stopped working after a few days. I once again jumped onto kingsims chat service and got an immediate response and fixed my sim card again. The issues I experienced were from Indonesian network maintenance downtime. The staff I chatted with on the kings sims website were Fantastic I CAN NOT fault them at all
