Unfortunately my esim didn’t activate on my arrival in the USA and took several frustrating days to arrange a new one via support as we were travelling, out all day, we just did not have time to sit still for hours in one place and try get it sorted out. We certainly did appreciate that it was equally frustrating for support helping us mainly via email ping pong on our hotel wifi and iPad. She went above and beyond to try get it going. I continued to have issues with it again in Alaska where the service connection was off and on - poor. On our travel onward to Canada again, it didn’t swap providers until I had to turn it off and restart my phone a few times and try a few things. Flight mode on-off etc. Overall, kingsims gets great reviews, all pretty much say “arrived in US, turned phone on, get on airport wifi and everything worked.”Not for us, arrived, turned phone on, got on airport wifi, nothing. Absolutely nothing happened.
