Covid 19 has caused some devastating impacts to the travel industry at large. With mass flight cancellations and major destinations closing off their borders to prevent the spread of Covid-19 the whole travel industry will be facing difficult times ahead.
Due to the unfortunate circumstances of Covid-19, King Sims will not be allowing the refund of Travel Sims that have been purchased before the date of 10th March 2020.
King Sims acknowledges that many travellers have been unfairly affected by the situation Covid-19 has caused them and their families, and the King would like to offer his Loyal travellers a reasonable solution for the pressing circumstances they are facing.
Important Please Read: If you have purchased the King's Travel Sims and have your flights re-scheduled or cancelled. King Sims will be offering all our Travellers a 100% Credit for 2 years on the Sims they have purchased.
You will also be eligible for the following:
- A Full exchange for the current Travel Sims you have towards any other King Sims products.
- Delayed Activation: King Sims will allow customers to schedule activation for whenever they like for the next 2 Years. That's right! Once the Coronavirus Pandemic is contained and the Travel Industry resumes standard operations, you will be in control of when to activate your Travel Sim.
We appreciate our Royal and Loyal travellers understanding that this situation is also affecting King Sims. We aim to do our best to help our Travellers in this tough situation and we believe we are offering our travellers a great solution during these cirucmstances.
This refund policy will remain in effect until the 20/06/2020, which will be our next review date for our Refunds & Returns policy.
Refund & Returns PolicyOur policy lasts for the duration of your Travel. If 15 days have passed since your last journey, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as it will be out of the eligible time frame to claim a refund.
To be eligible for a return, in the circumstances that Your Travel Sim does not work when you arrive. If a King Sims Support assitant cannot help you re-establish a connection for your Travel Sim, then King Sims is obliged to provide a full refund within 48 Hours after determining a Faulty Sim Card.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once one of our King Sims support team deems your Sim to Be faulty we will send you an email to notify you that we will be initiating a Refund for your case. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you would like to refund your Travel Sims due to unforseen circumstances or the cancellation of your travel plans, the time frame to refund your Travel Sims from the date of receiving them is 14 Days. Please refer to Shipping & Returns to organise sending your refunded Travel Sim back to King Sims.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace your item if they are damaged or deemed defective, In this case, we will send you a replacement Travel Sim and can exchange your item for something else. Shipping & Returns
To return your Travel Sim Card, please mail your Travel Sim back to: PO BOX 5192, Chullora LPO, Chullora, NSW, 2190 - Australia
If you decided to refund your order due to incorrect choice and do not intend for an exchange, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The King cannot Guarantee we will receive your returned Travel Sims
