Welcome to our Refunds & Returns Policy. We stand by the quality of every King Sims product, from our physical Travel SIMs to our instant-delivery eSIMs. If things don’t go to plan, we’re here to help — within reason and within policy.
Our policy lasts up to 15 days after your intended travel end date, or 14 days from receiving your order if your travel plans are cancelled. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please read carefully, as different rules apply to Travel SIM Cards and eSIMs, and specific scenarios like misuse or failed activations.
📶 Faulty SIM Cards (Physical Travel SIMs)
If your Travel SIM Card does not work upon arrival and our support team is unable to get you connected, you are entitled to a full refund. A support ticket must be submitted during your trip, and evidence (e.g. screenshots or speed tests) may be requested.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we confirm the issue.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
📱 eSIM Policy & Refund Conditions
eSIMs are digital and unique to your device, meaning they cannot be resold or reused once scanned. Due to common abuse, we follow a strict investigation process before approving refunds.
You are eligible for a refund only if:
- Your eSIM fails to activate AND
- Our support team cannot resolve the issue during your trip.
❗Important:
We cannot offer refunds if the eSIM QR code:
- Has already been scanned and installed successfully.
- Was shared or screenshotted and installed by another person or device.
- Is deemed “used” upon investigation by our network partner.
We recommend scanning your eSIM only once and only on the device you intend to use.
🔁 Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace or exchange Travel SIMs or eSIMs if:
- They are physically damaged (for SIMs), or
- They are defective and unusable as determined by our support team.

✈️ Cancellations or Change of Mind
If your travel plans change or you no longer wish to use the SIM, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order — provided:
- The SIM card is unused and still in sealed packaging.
- You cover the return shipping.
- The eSIM has not been activated or scanned.

💰 Refund Processing Times
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Banks may take 3–10 business days to reflect the refund.

📦 Return Shipping Details
If returning a SIM card due to change of mind:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using trackable shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is lost or undelivered, we are not liable.
🛡️ Fraud Protection & Abuse
To protect our business and partners, we investigate all refund requests thoroughly — especially for eSIM misuse.
King Sims reserves the right to decline refunds if there is sufficient evidence of:
- eSIM activation on another device,
- misuse or misrepresentation of the refund reason,
- chargeback abuse or excessive refund history.
