A: Yes, you need an unlocked mobile phone to use our UK & Europe Travel SIMs. Locked phones will not work with SIM cards from other networks. In most cases, mobile phones now come unlocked by default from mobile networks. Please check with your Mobile network if your device is unlocked.
A: This SIM card is designed for phones and tablets. While it works in most tablets, Three UK & Orange advises it's primarily a phone SIM. Use in tablets is at your own risk.
A: Never. With King Sims, our physical Travel Sims and eSIMs are all Pre-Paid. Meaning you only pay once off for the plan you need and that's it! No more surprise bill shocks

A: You can use the mobile hotspot feature to share your data with multiple devices. Simply enable the hotspot feature in your phone's settings.
Answer: You can Recharge all our UK & Europe travel Sims, but they may not offer the same value as purchasing multiple travel SIMs from us. For example: Our Orange SIMs can be recharged with data ranging from 1GB to 20GB, while Three UK SIMs cannot be loaded with more data within 30 days, but you can recharge the same plan or bundle on the last day of your plan.

To call or text UK & European mobile numbers, you must include the country prefix code. For example, to call or text a mobile number in France, dial +33 followed by the French mobile number.
